Free, open-source training programs ready to import into Intrvl. Each program is available as a direct URL or downloadable JSON file compatible with the Program Collection Spec v1.6.

How to Import Programs

Two Import Methods

Method 1: Direct URL Import (Recommended)

  1. Open the Intrvl app
  2. Choose the Weights view on the navigation bar
  3. Click the three dots (top right) and select "Load Program"
  4. Tap the + button and select "Load From URL"
  5. Copy the program URL (e.g., https://intrvl.app/programs/strength_5x5.json)
  6. Paste into the app — the program loads instantly

Method 2: Manual File Import

  1. Download the .json file to your iCloud Drive or Files
  2. In Intrvl, follow the same steps above but select "Import from File"
  3. Select the downloaded JSON file from Files/iCloud
  4. The program is added to your library

Available Programs

These programs have been created by Intrvl to help you get started with structured training. All programs are open source, free to use, and compatible with Program Collection Spec v1.6. Import directly via URL or download the JSON file.

We plan to add more programs in the future. If you'd like assistance creating custom programs for your specific training needs, please reach out for help.

Strength 5×5 Program
