Free, comprehensive exercise libraries for Intrvl. Import to build your exercise database with detailed muscle targeting, equipment specs, and movement patterns.

How to Import Exercises

Intrvl comes with built-in exercises to get you started

The app includes a curated set of common gym exercises out of the box. However, you can expand your exercise library by importing additional exercise collections using one of two methods:

Method 1: URL Import

  1. Open the Intrvl App
  2. Choose the Weight View on the navigation bar
  3. Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner
  4. Select Load Exercises
  5. Hit the plus (+) button
  6. Choose Load From URL
  7. Paste the URL you copied from this page
  8. Tap Import and review the exercises

Method 2: File Import

  1. Download the JSON file to your iCloud Drive or Files
  2. Open the Intrvl App
  3. Choose the Weight View on the navigation bar
  4. Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner
  5. Select Load Exercises
  6. Hit the plus (+) button
  7. Choose Import from Files or iCloud
  8. Select your downloaded file and confirm

Available Exercise Libraries

These exercise libraries have been created by Intrvl to help you build a comprehensive exercise database. All libraries are open source, free to use, and compatible with Exercise Collection Spec v1.6. Import directly via URL or download the JSON file.

We plan to add more exercise libraries in the future. If you'd like assistance creating custom exercise collections for your specific training needs, please reach out for help.

Common Gym Exercises
